dance day 16

So when I went out with my daughter today I noticed that her dress fell to way above her knees and almost to her crotch.  I guess this is what happens when you have fast growing kids that stop going out in public and when they do there's a season change that you forgot about.

Clothing stores are now open but I'm not too keen especially when I've heard things like people not being able try on shoes. The salesperson's solution?  Buy several sizes and return the ones that don't fit.  Um, how is buying shoes and trying them at home different than trying them in the store when it comes to possibly infecting the shoe?  Transfer of ownership hence transfer of responsibility?  All these points probably made through a mask whilst keeping one meter away from the salesperson and browsing customers touching everything in tiny Parisien stores.

I've also heard that after a customer tries on clothes the salesperson is suppose to take the item of clothing and quanrantine it for three days.  I imagined myself going into a store unable to find things I want to try on in my size or finding something in my size that nobody before me wanted to try on. Maybe I could convince the salesperson to let me in the back, where all the good stuff is.

Or maybe I'll just buy things on the internet. You know, keep it simple.
