dance day 71

So after looking at expensive houses in Paris I decided to look at the most expensive house in France.  This is actually hard to say since at 10 million the ads just say “over 10 millions” kind of like in an expensive store where they don’t show the price of things (if you look/ask you can’t afford it).  Here’s one I really liked nestled between the mountains and the sea in Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel, a 17 room 2100m² on a 30 hectare estate:

Rundown:

-        A main villa (1000m2)
-       Two guest villas (600 m² et 500 m²)
-       Tennis court
-        Helicopter pad
-        3 heated pools
-        Fitness center and spa
-        Nightclub
-        Independent lodging for the staff (5 studios, one 2 room apartment, and a house for the house caretaker)
-        Gargages

All that for what I calculated to be 38,999,100. That's 2,294,065 per room.
