So here are statistics by department of how many days France was "under restriction" since the beginning of the covid crisis.

So I was able to get in a drink in a Parisian terrasse despite uncooperative weather after 6 months of closed restaurants and bars. 

Afterwards I used their bathroom.  They don't speak about re-opening of non public toilets but as eating/drinking establishments closed so were corresponding toilets which isn't great when you are out and about and don't know where the closest public toilet is.

Felt good.

So starting today you can buy nonessentials, dine ourdoors, go to the movies or a museum, and stay out until 9pm (instead of 7pm).

So I went to Normandy for the long weekend because we can now move more than a 10 kilometer radius.  

There's still a 7pm curfew so traffic sucked as everyone tried to make it in on time.

So the family trip to London that was canceled last year was suppose to take place to this weekend but this weekend too has been canceled due to covid. 

I went to Mark and Spencers to compensate.
