So according to the WHO, 11 United Nations members have no reported cases of coronavirus:

Tuvalu
Turkmenistan
Tonga
Samoa
Palau
Niue
Nauru
Federated States of Micronesia
Kiribati
North Korea
Cook Islands

Except for Turkmenistan and North Korea, are island nations in the Pacific Ocean. It's easier to believe isolated islands have managed to be covid-free.  Turkmenistan and North Korea not so much.

Then again this is reported cases.
